Facebook Breastfeeding Pictures Create Controversy

Facebook Breastfeeding Pictures and Dilemmas Explained:
After nearly over a decade of struggling back and forth with Facebook regarding what is proper and what is offensive, Facebook eventually opens up to the public saying that its policy enables moms to post their breastfeeding photographs just of babies actively nursing.
They further acknowledge they do their very best to go by this policy and there may be a time when errors are made just because the piece is flagged as inappropriate.
Facebook has clarified its policy in regards to photographs of breastfeeding: only pictures of infants actively nursing are allowed.

When push came to shove these mom's decided it was time to fight back through means of protest. A group formed on Facebook which accumulated close to 5,000 members "Hey Facebook, Breastfeeding is not obscene!".
Last Monday global events were coordinated by this group, that encouraged mom's to congregate with their kids at Facebook headquarters. (View List of Places) This group also started a Facebook page that currently comprises over 6300 enjoys.
An identical competition further falls off of the Face of the Book in a scenario that occurred at Target when a girl was harassed by 3 employees for feeding her child in a distinct location of the store while covered. As an associate of WIC (Women Infant Children), I Have learned the significance of breastfeeding my child to insure he meets all the nutritional needs that formula may not supply. Why? Because it truly is natural! Breastfeeding is an essential advantage to human survival and has long been way before the days of formula.

For starters it is the degradation of the female human body where guy places a label on the female breasts asserting them as sexual organs for lust instead of reproductive organs for human development. I suppose it would make life easier on all of us girls if men looked at the female breasts as less of a tool and more as an asset for the better well being of our kids. The only method this way of thinking could become the norm would be if girls could actually go topfree just as men do. Then again that is a whole entire conflict on its own.
